That's Okay Refund Policy


As the products on this website are all custom products and are printed on demand, we cannot replace or refund items you have received unless they are damaged.

This includes books and clothing, with clothing, please use the size guides provided in each product to make sure they are the size you need.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items of clothing that do not fit, this is due to the nature of print on demand where another company manages and organises this for us.

Product Cancellations

Physical printed books must be cancelled within one hour of ordering. As it's print on demand, I pay up front for the books. Once the books are in production, the product cannot be cancelled. It usually takes one hour for the book to go into production.

Digital products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
